The first breath we take marks the beginning of our journey as an individual. The circumstances of birth, with their physical and psycho-emotional factors, can influence the way we breathe – and how we breathe is how we live.

In this presentation, John Wilks examines particularly how the vagus nerve is affected by certain kinds of birth and how the vagus is affected by structural issues (entrapment etc.) as well as trauma, gut health and other factors.
