Trauma and burnout are connected, and both show up in many forms of physical, psychological and relational symptoms. The human system that is involved in both trauma and burnout is the nervous system, more precisely the polyvagal nervous system as discovered by Dr Stephen W. Porges.

This webinar focuses on the links between trauma and burnout and their vagal connection, and how a deeper understanding of this connect can inform treatment plans. It explores the biopsychosocial nature of early trauma and adversity and how this imprints on the vagal nervous system which in turn can lead to burnout.
