In this series of presentations with cranial sacral specialist Martin Jones experience the new vision of the Cranial Sea.

The Interstitial Fluid and Cranial Fluid are the same thing, made in the same way and flow together as one fluid. This fluid flows out through the Dura and down the nerves. Martin has called this new fluid the Cranial Sea.
