We all have our in habits, some unconscious that are attuned with our health and harmony and some driven by sabotaging exiled parts of ourselves in reaction. There are also in habits that we are consciously aware of; habits that we actively habituate for health and harmony that we are learning to inhabit. To summarise;- there are habits that we are happy inhabiting and others we want to change.
