Hypermobility Without Tears

with Jeannie Di Bon

Hypermobility affects between 10% and 25% of the population. For some, this hyperflexibility of the joints is accompagnied by pain that can be chronic in people with hypermobility syndrome.

Jeannie Di Bon has been working with the hypermobile population for over 10 years. Having hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome herself, she brings a unique perspective and empathy to the needs of clients with hypermobility and EDS.

In this webinar, Jeannie discusses her personal journey to rehabbing herself from chronic pain which led to the development of her Integral Movement Method (IMM). In May 2019, her second book, Hypermobility Without Tears was released to great acclaim in the hypermobile and medical community. Jeannie will share with us her 6 principles for pain-free movement.
