Fascia and Fluid Flow

Live stream with Allissa Harter and John Wilks

July 3rd 2018 at 19h UK time

In the context of fascia, fluid plays a vital role in interoception. The question as to what lives on and in fascia, the inquiry into fluid flow sheds yet another light on human fascia.

Fluid flow is critical to our health and interoception capabilities. If the body cannot interocept, then the brain cannot receive information. Without information, neither neural entrainment nor physical entrainment can occur. This can lead to a variety of physical and emotional dysfunctions.

In this live discussional webinar, Allissa Harter and John Wilks will discuss the effects of insufficient fluid flow in the light of recent research.
